1. disconnect battery
2. disconnect power wire and clipped wire on the starter
3. Remove starter bolts
4. Remove starter
for reinstallation work backwards
there is no fastest or easiest way only the right way (if you have pneumatic tools that might make it easier)

Yeah, chicken is right...its not a 1 way or the other thing. Its an easy straight swap. Just make sure you get the cables and wires put back the the exact same order and location they were.
