I do not see anything wrong(nothing broken or unplugged). I also do not know where the speedometer wire (cable) is.What could I have done wrong when I installed the starter???
I have a 1998 Saturn SC2,on which I changed the starter myself. Now the speedometer does not work,and?
the speed-o-meter is most likely electronic, and most likely runs off of a speed sensor. the wire should be a 2 wire item located on the trans axle close to one of the axle shafts, though not necessarily. you may have knocked the wires loose or inadvertantly caused a short in that wire while working on that starter.
