i checked all the wiring and it has a new battery and i also put another new starter on it and it does the same thing. does anyone know what would be wrong with it, the old starter didnt do it.

did you replace just the starter? because you should have replaced both the starter, and the solenoid (little mini starter looking thing bolted on the side of the starter. a clicking may be from your battery. try turning your headlights on when cranking your car, if they dim, its a battery issue, in which case i would also check the alternator to make sure its keeping the battery charged

have you checked the wiring that goes from the ignition to your solenoid because it may be loose. it could look fine but the terminal itself may need to be tightened up. good luck :)
