Don't know what it could be, the teeth on the flywheel look fine. If you can help that would be awesome

try a thicker shim and see if it helps.

Is it an automatic or a clutch?
It can be the tork converter bolts are loose ot the fly wheel it loose at the crank. It is a little hard to say.
