Nissan changed starter and now a wind sound would follow start? Will it stop soon? car drives fine & starts?

That is the sound you normally hear when the brushes are worn. You need to get it down to an auto-electrician, they can replace and diagnose worn brushes in a heartbeat.|||Possibly the starter is having a hard time disengaging the flywheel. You may need to put shims (spacers/ washers) between the starter and the block. I%26#039;m not positive about that though. Using shims is not unheard of.

The more shims you use then the more gap you put between the starter and the flywheel.|||is it a new starter? did it require any shims? Did u wire it right?
