Help with changing starter?

is there a way to get the starter solenoid off of my ford windstar 1995 if one of the screws are stripped|||I%26#039;m surprised you were actually able to purchase the solenoid separately from the starter. The best way to do this would be to remove the starter/solenoid as one piece, and replace it as one. If you are insistent on separating the two, remove both, and spray liberal amounts of PB blaster or WD-40 around the bolts. Remove the stripped screw with a suitably sized pair of vise-grips. Make sure you disconnect the battery BEFORE you do any of this. Hope this helps.|||cut the head off the bolt|||Replace the starter,it doesn%26#039;t cost that much, why bother with the solenoid? If insisted, use impact driver.
